This website is operated by Ron's Tire & Wheel ("Ron's," "we," "us"). Accessing or using the site means you accept these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy, which are incorporated into these terms. If you do not accept them, please don't use the site.

If you are using the site on behalf of a business or other entity, you confirm that you are authorized to bind that entity to these terms.

The site is provided to help Hummer H1 owners and other drivers understand the service we offer and to get in touch with us. Content on the site is general and informational. It is not a quotation, a diagnosis, a warranty of any kind, or a substitute for an inspection of your vehicle by a technician.

Descriptions of capability, parts, fitments, fluids and procedures reflect how we typically work. The actual work your vehicle needs can only be determined when we see it, and what we find may differ from what the site or a conversation suggests.

You may use the site for lawful purposes: to read about our service, to contact us, and to send us a service request. You may print or share individual pages for your own personal, non-commercial use, provided you keep all notices intact.

You agree not to:

• copy, scrape or systematically download pages, data or images, or reuse them publicly, without our written permission;
• use the site to send unsolicited messages, or submit it to automated systems that generate large volumes of requests;
• submit false information, impersonate anyone, or send a request on someone else's behalf without their knowledge;
• attempt to interfere with, disable, reverse-engineer or gain unauthorized access to the site, its servers or its safeguards;
• use the site for any unlawful purpose, or in a way that damages it or interferes with anyone else's use of it.

When you send a service request, you are asking us to look at your vehicle, not booking a firm appointment or committing either of us to a transaction. A booking or an order exists only once we confirm it with you, and a repair is authorized only through a signed repair order.

You keep ownership of the details, descriptions and photos you send us. You grant us permission to use them to respond to you, quote and plan the work, and serve you as a customer. Please don't send material you don't have the right to share.

Don't send sensitive information we don't need — no full payment card numbers, government ID numbers, or driver's license images. We'll only ever ask for what the transaction actually requires.

These terms do not change what happens at the shop. Every repair, installation or inspection we perform is governed by the written estimate or repair order you approve, and by applicable California law, including the Automotive Repair Act and the regulations of the California Bureau of Automotive Repair. Where these terms and your repair order conflict, your repair order controls for that work.

Estimates are good-faith projections, not fixed prices. Work is determined by the actual condition of the vehicle; additional work can become necessary once a system is opened up, and parts availability and pricing change. We will communicate with you before going beyond the scope you approved.

Availability, lead times and scheduling for Hummer H1 work vary — H1s take more space, more time and more planning than a typical vehicle, which is why we recommend calling ahead at (213) 929-8922.

The layout, text, graphics and logos on the site, and the trademarks they contain, belong to us or to their owners and are protected by law. Nothing on the site grants you a license to use them. If you contribute content to us, you warrant you have the right to do so and grant us permission to use it in connection with our business.

Ron's Tire & Wheel is an independent automotive service business. We are not owned by, affiliated with, authorized by, endorsed by or sponsored by AM General, General Motors or HUMMER. References to "Hummer," "H1," "HMMWV," "Hummer H1 Alpha," "Duramax," and similar names are made only to identify the vehicles and components we service. Those names are the trademarks of their respective owners.

The site may link to third-party sites, such as map and directions providers. Those sites are not under our control, we don't endorse them, and we aren't responsible for their content, terms or privacy practices. Review them before you use them.

The site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We don't warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that information on it will be current or accurate. Information on the site may be updated or removed at any time.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ron's Tire & Wheel and its owners and staff are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the site or reliance on anything published on it. Our total liability for claims arising from the site is limited to the greater of one hundred US dollars ($100) and the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under law, including liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or gross negligence in performing vehicle service.

If you use the site in a way that breaks these terms or the law, and that gives rise to a claim against us, you agree to cover our reasonable costs and losses arising from it.

We may change the site and these terms at any time. The version posted at the address above is the one that applies to your use of the site, and the "last updated" line shows when it was last revised. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the revised terms.

These terms are governed by California law, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising from them or from your use of the site will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, and you consent to venue there.

If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest continue in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision isn't a waiver of it. These terms may not be assigned by you without our written consent. Headings are for readability only.
